Terms and Conditions for the Infinite Growth Expo

1. Ticket Sales All ticket sales for the Infinite Growth Expo are final. Please review your selections carefully before purchasing, as no refunds will be issued once a transaction is complete.

​2. Event Cancellation In the unlikely event that the Infinite Growth Expo is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, we will not provide refunds. However, we will issue a credit applicable to the next scheduled event. We will communicate any changes to the event schedule as soon as possible through the contact information provided at the time of ticket purchase.

3. Ticket Transfer Tickets for the Infinite Growth Expo are transferable. If you need to transfer your ticket to another individual, please contact support@iemastermind.com to update the ticket holder information. Please ensure that all transfer requests are made at least 48 hours before the event.

4. Prohibited Items To ensure a safe and productive environment for all attendees, the possession or consumption of drugs, alcohol, weapons, or firearms is strictly prohibited at the venue. Attendees found violating this policy may be removed from the event without refund.

5. Parking Please note that the venue may charge a parking fee. We advise arriving early to secure parking and to accommodate any potential parking charges. Information on parking options and fees will be provided prior to the event on the official event website and through attendee communications.

6. Conduct and Behavior We are committed to providing a professional and respectful environment at our events. Attendees are expected to behave in a manner that is conducive to a constructive and educational atmosphere. Any form of harassment, disruptive behavior, or discrimination will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the event and a ban from future events.

7. Liability Attendees assume all risks incidental to the event, whether before, during, or after the event, and release the event organizers and their agents from any related claims.

8. Photo and Video Release By attending the Infinite Growth Expo, you consent to be photographed, filmed, and recorded. The event organizers retain the rights to use such materials, which may include images or videos of attendees, for marketing, promotional, or educational purposes.

9. Changes to Terms The Infinite Growth Expo reserves the right to make changes to these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Attendees will be bound by the amended terms and conditions from the time they are published on the event website.
