Photo and Video Release Agreement for the Infinite Growth Expo

Consent to Capture and Use of Images and Recordings: By participating in the Infinite Growth Expo, you acknowledge and agree that during the event, you may be photographed, filmed, or recorded. The Infinite Growth Expo, its organizers, partners, and affiliates reserve the right to use any photographs, video recordings, or other media captured at the event, including those that may feature attendees, in any promotional materials, advertisements, event recaps, or on websites associated with the event or its organizers.

Purpose of Use: The media captured at the Infinite Growth Expo may be used for a variety of purposes including but not limited to: advertising, promotional activities, event recaps, educational purposes, and inclusion on websites or in publications that promote similar future events.

Rights Granted: By attending the Infinite Growth Expo, you irrevocably grant to the event organizers, their affiliates, agents, and legal representatives, the unrestricted rights to use and publish the media in which you may be included. You agree that these images may be used without your name and for any lawful purpose, including, for example, such purposes as publicity, illustration, advertising, and web content.

No Compensation: You understand that by participating in the Infinite Growth Expo, you will not be entitled to any compensation for the use of your likeness, image, voice, or appearance in any media used by the event organizers, now or in the future.

Release and Waiver: You hereby release, discharge, and agree to hold harmless the event organizers, their directors, officers, employees, volunteers, agents, and legal representatives from any liability by virtue of any use of your image, voice, or appearance, including but not limited to any alteration, distortion, or use in composite form that may occur or be produced in the processing of the media, regardless of whether such liability arises in tort, contract, strict liability, or otherwise.

Agreement to Terms: By registering for and participating in the Infinite Growth Expo, you affirm that you have read and agree to the terms of this Photo and Video Release Agreement. You understand that this agreement is binding, and you acknowledge that it grants the event organizers significant rights to use media that includes your image and voice as outlined above.
